Getting Started
How do I save a page with the Chrome extension?
Click the Relink icon in your browser toolbar while viewing any webpage. The page will be saved and processed automatically. You can view it in your Relink dashboard once processing is complete (usually within a few seconds).
Do I need an account to use the extension?
Yes — a free Relink account is required. Sign up at userelink.com and then install the extension. The extension uses your existing session automatically.
What does Relink do with the pages I save?
Relink extracts the full article text using a readability parser, then runs it through an AI pipeline to generate a TL;DR summary, key insights, topic tags, notable highlights, and structured sections. It also creates a semantic embedding so your content is searchable by meaning.

Make sure you're signed into your Relink account in your browser. Navigate to userelink.com/dashboard and sign in, then try the extension again.
I saved a page but it's not showing in my dashboard
Processing can take a few seconds to a minute depending on article length. Refresh your dashboard. If it still doesn't appear after a couple of minutes, the page may have blocked content extraction — this can happen with paywalled or JavaScript-heavy pages. Try copying the URL and pasting it directly into the Omnibar on your dashboard.
How do I uninstall the extension?
Go to chrome://extensions in your browser, find Relink, and click Remove. Your saved knowledge base in Relink is unaffected.

What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes up to 100 saves per month, AI-generated summaries, tags, and insights, hybrid semantic search (20 queries/day), and full access to your knowledge library. PDF uploads are limited to 5 MB each with 100 MB total PDF storage. Pro unlocks unlimited saves, unlimited search, AI chat, conversation history, API tokens, and MCP integration, with PDFs up to 30 MB each.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to your Account page and click Upgrade to Pro in the Billing section.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Account page under Billing. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Contact hello@userelink.com if you need immediate assistance.
Account & Data
How do I delete my account?
Email us at hello@userelink.com with your account email and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Can I export my saved data?
Yes — go to your Account page and use the Import / Export section to download all your saved links and content as JSON.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your saved content is private to your account and never shared with other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
