Terms of Service

By accessing or using Relink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Relink is an AI-powered knowledge management platform that allows users to save web pages, extract key insights, and search and interact with their saved content using natural language.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) and sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Save, store, or process content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in an automated manner without our written consent
• Use the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Relink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you save via the Service remains the property of the original authors and publishers. Relink processes this content solely to provide you with the Service features.

You retain ownership of any personal notes, annotations, or original content you create within the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We provide API access for programmatic interaction with the Service. API tokens must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your API tokens.

We may impose rate limits, usage quotas, or revoke API access at any time if we determine misuse or excessive consumption of resources.

Relink offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to change with at least 30 days' prior notice.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, no refund is issued for the remainder of the current billing period; however, your access to paid features will remain active until the end of that period.

Free plan usage (such as save counts) is tracked independently and does not reset or accumulate while on a paid plan. If you downgrade to the Free plan, your usage resumes from where it was prior to upgrading.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

AI-generated summaries, insights, and tags are automated and may contain inaccuracies. They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to request an export of your data by contacting us at hello@userelink.com. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Indonesia.
